Your skull, the membrane that lies between your skull and the nerves on your skin feel. If i were to take a buzzsaw and cut open into your head, and i were to poke at your grey matter, i guarantee you you would not feel a thing after the initial removal of your skull. This is a fact proven time and time again. What causes headaches i am not aware of but i venture a guess it is more the pressure that builds up inside of your skull and the nerve endings on your head and not any reaction of your brain. you may feel a pain, but it is not a pain of the brain, it is a pain of the head. hence, why it is called a headache and not a brainache.
