What was your first warn/infraction?

It's not their intent that defines trolls, it's their way of operating.

When their way of operating depends on subjective rather than quantifiable criteria it becomes a matter of intent, or perceived intent.
Trying to troll is still trolling, just like trying to write a book is still writing.
You may believe otherwise but for the purposes of moderation here your opinion on the distinctions of the matter is irrelevant.
