Doesn't mean we don't have a substantial ammount of troops in there holding what we've fought for. We'll have them in there too, for decades to come. Look, we still have troops in Korea on the 38th parallel. It's either the terrorists will bomb the hell out of US forces there, or they'll just be there for a very long time. The latter doesn't seem reasonable.
