Amt of time you spend using the computer for leisure = x
Amt of time you spend using the computer productively = y
x - y = amount of time computer should be stashed somewhere in a drawer.
If you want to turn this into a little activity, I'll limit my activity along with you so you have someone to help you in reducing activity. Btw. How has the car-job thing worked out. Maybe you're just frustrated that you can't do anything due to mobility limitations.
