Who's to say the intent isn't level 10 and you have to get Hero's Will 10 [Mastery Book] from the Black Mage or the next big boss? I mean a cooldown of 6 minutes sucks for a skill that a boss will cast at least another seven times during that cooldown. Level 10 would be a minute cooldown which is much more considerable. Maple Warrior was level 20 for a good while until Pink Bean was released and the 30 book came with it. We'll just have to see how it plays out.
This. I've always believed Hero's Will to be a Lv. 10 skill, but the system just isn't there yet for levels past 5. Going along with this quoted post, I also believe the skill is intended to "cure" status ailments beyond seduce, though such may either (a) not be on the "cure" list yet (like zombify, etc.), or (b) haven't been released yet, and possibly will with whatever boss mob drops Hero's Will 10 books, or whatever the case may be.
