free resets of what? talents? glyphs?
If you're talking about resetting similar to maple, no we don't have to spend $300 to move around points and yes they do reset talent points if talents are changed enough.
the glyphs are becoming something permanent rather than something you have to keep switching out. So you buy a glyph once, and you can swap it in or out of your glyph slots.
