Infinity does not affect DoT. In the pandora.tv video Abysseon posted the previous page, the guy has infinity on nearly all the time, yet his Paralyzes DoT remains at 37316the whole time. I guess Infinity is like Amp, and doesn't change the stat window damage numbers.
E-wands are a different matter altogether; theres no way to prove anything yet, but I dont think they will boost DoT either, because only three things seem to determine DoT damage: the skills own given DoT %, your max stat window range, which is multiplied by that number, and the monsters own elemental properties against the skills poison weaks take extra poison-based DoT damage, fire-resistants take less fire-based DoT damage. There'd be no room for e-wand multipliers to come in.
