Hello! As you might know, I currently own a pair of Stirgeman Power Pants. The plan was for us to take the pants, Pot them, and roll them until they became Unique and had the "Decent HB" Skill attached to them.
With the help of IGN FluffyFoxxie, He and I managed to successfully Pot the pants, it has 3 slots.

He then tried to reroll the pants

I then tried but.. failed...
Right now this is the status of the pants
