Guess making weather changes more than just a asthetic/buff effect is pretty unreal.
It'd be pretty fun and neat if it did snow or rain, it could create some wet and slippery surfaces? Rain puddles or snow mounds in Henesys; then you can just skate around. Give players a snowball skill, then have a snowball fight? I'm probably thinking too much. :3
