Really the even/odd phenomenon is only applicable to vanilla games with only 2 roles (mafia, town) in which there is predictably one kill per night and one lynch per day. The idea is that a single scum wins if there are 1 or 2 people left; so if there are 3 or 4 people, the town has to lynch correctly in either case, except it's easier to lynch 1 in 3 than 1 in 4. With 1 night kill and 1 day lynch, an odd number on day 1 forces an odd number at the beginning of every day, leading to the 1 in 3 scenario if it's a close game, whereas an even number leads to the 1 in 4.
However here we have 2 mafia factions and other conditions altering the number of night kills, so it doesn't really apply.
