I've had Sprint for about 2+years now, never had an issue & customer service is fine with us, I guess it depends on which customer service rep you're talking with.As for reception, it just depends on where you are really lol.. Before that I had AT&T BEFORE they merged with Cingular & that was a hell hole. Our contract was Void b/c they merged with cingular & they DIDN'T tell their customers that they merged so our last phone bill was $1000+(family plan) Tongue & that was when we ended our contract with them..
