But opening up a PSU (the part that's having issues) isn't that great of an idea

Capacitors hold a huge charge for a very long time, so if you're not careful, you could get electrocuted

My friend (Who's a computer enthusiast and modder) shocked himself by doing that and now he can't feel anything in the finger that got shocked
