, it's utterly asanine to sit here and say this +4 CHTP isn't a big deal.

Its only conceivable purpose is to replace secondary stats. A straight up +70 primary stat boost is barely worth commenting on when there are earrings that can add 250+ primary stat. Of course it's better than the old pendants, but a 21% CHTP is still only gonna add 320 to the HTP's 270, which is just not a big deal. The hp/atk boosts are nice as well but those come whether you +1 or +4 it.
