job adv for 121+ = 4

so 3*4 = 12%

For 71-120, it's 3
so 3*3 = 9%

Likewise for 3*2 = 6% and 3*1 = 3%

Again, the most likely situation is primary, secondary, (secondary). 3rd bonus doesn't always happen if you got only 2 lines.

That's why all the mass cubers usually end up with 21% from 9/6/6 since getting 2 9%'s is rare.

So the most common for a 121+ gear is 12% + 8% (+8%) or 28%. Even just getting 2 bonus is great since it's 20%, only 1 % away from a 9/6/6 which is common to get, but hard to get 3 of the same stat, while it's easier to land 2 of the same stat.
