not being picked doesn't mean you didn't meet their made-up-to-post-this criteria. it means they could only randomly pick so many players and you, me, froznlite and about a fifty thousand other players didn't get our names pulled out of a hat. no reason to whine.
as for the offers business, you're out of the service area. you don't actually have to have been flagged for abuse to not be able to participate. i don't know what froznlite's situation is though.
