You look at Haiken's guide.
Simple.

They're both good, okay? Shaox's guide is longer and more in-depth about most of the stuff, but it stops at level 50 and is outdated. Haiken's guide is shorter, but covers more training places, goes further than level 50, and is up-to-date.
