Aliens All Over the Place (except Minidungeons)

Do the skill mounts have the bugs like skills do, where if they become unavailable and hotkeyed, you can still use them?

I don't recall this working in kMS with the Toy Horse mounts back when Evan came out. I doubt it'll work in gMS.
