I would assume Rage and Mediation would still stack. The best example I can think of is a Buccaneer transforming with Maple Warrior on. The STR buff Transform gives isn't replaced by the STR% buff of Maple Warrior and vise versa, right? If that's the case, then weapon attack should be the exact same.
