Someone Using the new weapon on rankings?

Off Topic: Someone with an owl make an SS of the VIP Crossbow to report it. Having data extractions isn't true enough proof to NEXON of there being an issue.

On Topic: I'd have to agree with the general consensus and say that this is just a rankings glitch. There have been items removed from the CS over the years, and assuming this individual became inactive with such an item, the visual ID could have been over-ridden. As a couple of examples, that geek wig that was just re-added was removed for several months (got it on an unused character during that everything free for one day event, later when adding things to wishlists I never found it); and my favorite eyewear, Round Orange Shades.
