This says you have to slipstream the floppy utilities into the CD for use (unless you have an external floppy drive for some reason, in which you wouldn't need to slipstream it into the CD at all). This supposedly is a workaround for the BIOS/floppy/slipstream fixes. I can't confirm that either work, but they may be worth a shot. Sony really decided to screw everyone over by putting AMI Aptio BIOS' into their boards.
Your BIOS does have a Virtualization option so you could create a virtual XP machine within 7, but that's no good for games.
