Under training, unless you go afk, you can get off the island at level 10 within an hour(probably half hour) unless you decide to train till 11-16 on island.
You actually didn't get to level 10 with the new quests?
I so far haven't managed to get a new character off Maple Island with all quests completed under level 10. And heck, at best the quests take 30 minutes - 15 minutes is totally possible.
