This is my potential earring I've found since I've started farming. Pretty happy with it :p should I sell it as is or cube it? My net worth in the game is only 150-200m at most though :/

Those things drop like MAD. Use it for now. Then just wait until you find one that turns out epic right from the start (or unique if you get stupidly lucky). That'll save you between 1(unlikely)~50(more likely) cubes.
