Ring Mule Question

I'm pretty sure they're in the Cash Shop of every account with an inactive character for >3 months when the event began.But I had a mule account inactive for six months (at least), logged on in late July, and there was no ring for any character on that account. (Although I forgot my PIC and reset it.. could that have been it?) |
