And Gambler's Fallacy is scientifically true, not universally true however, there's this thing called luck and this world that only Gods know. Whichever floats your boat.

...no. Gambler's Fallacy is false. Period. Assume you have a coin that someone else flipped 100 tiimes, came out all heads. You flipped the same coin without being told of that fact. If you knowing that the coin came out 100 times in-a-row heads changes the outcome of the flip, you're a psychic.

KaidaTan Wrote:Why would you say you "believe in" the Gambler's Fallacy? It's not the same thing as saying you believe in a god, because this can be easily proven false. It's called a fallacy for a reason.

And you should feel even worse for upsetting this poor girl with your lies. If you're going to believe something retarded, at least don't bother others with it.

Also: certain food restrictions in the traditions that some people follow restricts them from eating poultry like cows or pigs and certain types of fish because when those cultures were formed those foods contained parasites and diseases in some cases and caused a great deal of harm. With modern-day food safety standards pork, beef and lobster can be safely consumed, but some of them still don't. People believe in things that aren't true (at the moment) because of a variety of psychological factors. Psychotic people, conspiracy theorists, political fundamentalists, etc. all believe in things that are scientifically false.
