Did Hurricane's speed get doubled in the BB patch?

That means I was correct when I said this. "So basically you are saying that all booster does is increase the animation speed of skills and not the skills itself? This in turn makes it feel like our skills are faster, but in reality the firing delay of skills have a hard coded "maximum" speed that is unchanged and can only be reached under certain circumstances?"

All Fiel did is confuse us unnecessarily by bringing up "firing delay" when it has nothing to do with actually "firing" our weapons but is in fact about the time it takes for the skill to animate from the time it leaves our weapon to when it hits the target.

Well, no... There's a character animation that's affected, like Fiel said before. The time it takes for a character to perform one animation is completely differen than what it takes for the skill to animate. Both are separate animations working toward the same goal. Booster affects one, but the other stays the same.
