Increase in Pieces of time, deflation of prices

I havent been entirely keeping up with "The Visitor" update, but do we know how these 127 weapons will be obtained? Like...it could be as hard as getting a blue maple bandana for all we know, in which it wont really affect much, when there's say a...0.00001% chance of getting it. I know market logic doesnt work the way I think, but it's a bit silly to jump the gun and deflate PoTs now before we know how to get said items.

That being said, I'd be inclined to agree with the hacker idea, though I have no proof of that (though in the past, hacks HAVE lowered prices on certain items like chaos scrolls, weapon attack scrolls, etc.), as there is no other reasonable suggestion (in my opinion anyways)./
