Archmages/bishops used to get like >100%/hr on 1x at 12x in gms, then 400%/hr on 4x. 4x won't even exist post-bb, aside from events+cards (which could possibly change to less than 2x after bb).
He got 30%/hr because dragon strike is one of the new best 4th job mob skills.

May be post BB, mobs have better spawn rate. I just remembered I had a hard time levelling my i/l without using Ultimate.
