P/C>Revealed Potential Nine Dragons

I found a nine dragons pole arm while training, it has 74 attack and hidden potential. When I revealed it, it now gives 5% chance to inflict level 5 Ice, HP+25, and Total Damage 4%

I am wondering how much it would cost, so that I can consider selling or keeping for my Aran.
