Was fooling around with the numbers and got this:

Notice the dividing by zero errors. Also damage should probably be equal to 0 when the hit chance is 0% should it not?
EDIT: Also I just noticed that I had Arrow Bomb at level 30. All I did was actually type it in the cell instead of using the buttons. I didn't even know that Arrow Bomb maxed out at level 20 instead of 30!
