With 188 accuracy you can go to stormbreakers in the keep if you have a bishop door you there. My aran went there at 55. Also, since your earrings are unscrolled, scroll em for dex and you'll be able to convert some base dex -> base str for a nice small boost.
Glove: I'd say, buy yourself a 6 att glove. They're super cheap and it'll be a nice att increase. If you're going to save up a bit before upgrading spring for a 10 att.
Weapon: At 95 att, that weapon will last you for quite a while. Probably until your lvl 100 weapon.
Cape: 2 att, X dex PAC is what I used. It helped with my acc issue, but you seem fine there. Find yourself a nice str cape. OR if you can find a clean cape with str from potential then you can just buy 60% cape str scrolls (~3.5m in windia, not sure 'bout mardia) and scroll it yourself.
Shoes: Not much you can do right now that will help you as much as upgrading the more important stuff.
Belt: Go pyramid PQ and get yourself a pharoah belt, 100 hp/mp will help more than +1 allstat. If you're lucky you might even get an immortal pharoah belt.
Pendant: Get yourself a dep star. +5 all stat 100hp/mp is quite nice. It also helps bring up mp to make better use of sorcerer's elixirs (if you currently have less than 1500 mp that is.)
bottom/top: with that accuracy scrolling for dex is pointless, and scrolling for str is challenging. Either find one with str from potential or buy one pre scrolled. Don't give this any priority right away though. Upgrading other things is easier and will give you a better boost (for now)
Earring: those are fine. If you want to get some earring dex 60s later on (Like at lvl 90+) then scroll those for dex. It'll come in handy if you want to wear an arcglaive (80? base dex requirement)
medal: Once you get to 70/120 wear the appropriate medal. The one from the pyramid PQ isn't that bad either.
Helm: it's fine.
