Hey guys. I'm sort of a noob, so this is my thread asking for overall advice. I'll post my stats and range and acc and gear and stuff, then if you could tell me what would be best to upgrade quickly I would be very appreciative.

Helm: 16/15/15/15 19 acc Zakum Helmet
Medal: Mushroom Kingdom Guardian, +2 all stats
Earring: Holy Cross Earrings, 12 acc and 12 mp every 4 seconds clean
Cape: White Magic Cape with some defense.
Top: Blue Orientican, 1 str 4 dex normal, 6 int 3 dex 12 acc potential (I was silly and put a top for defense scroll on it)
Bottom: Red Martial Arts Pants, 4 dex 6 acc potential
Gloves: Mushking Leather Gloves, 1 watk, 5acc, 100%'d when I had no acc.
Pendant: Spiegalmann's Necklace, +1 all
Belt: White Belt, +1 all
Shoes: Orihalcon Hildon Boots, 2str 1dex, 2%hp 20 avoid potential.
Weapon: Maple Karstan +2, 95 atk, 3 str, 35 acc. 4 slots.

Ummmmmmmmmm, I'm pretty poor. Obviously, I've been using level 30 pants for 43 levels. Anyways, what should I invest in/focus on?

Also, are there any good alternatives to Windraiders?
