I am impressed! It's very organized now! You also missed the Power B. Fore quests for Explorers (I mentioned it before! 
). They should be something like:
Training Center for Beginner <Job>s - Under Level 20
The Lost Letter of Commendation - Under Level 20
Regaining Confidence - Under Level 20
<Monster>'s Weakness - Under Level 20
There are a few other quests in the Training Center that don't have the level limit, but.. yeah. I'll include them anyway:
