All right, I will accept my opinion is biased by the fact they stole over 1 billion from my friend with a hell ban, they stole 3 adventurer's rings from myself as well as hundreds of millions of mesos and items from many guildmates with the scheduled roll backs, the enhancement scroll glitch, the pink 2 handed weapon scroll glitch, the duping (which all of it didn't come only from roll backs or crashes), the server crashes, the huge lag and the so many hackers all around that have even got to mother pineappleing oblivion 4 with their vacum hacks. Yah, the last patch really pineappleed up this game. I forgot to mention my face still hurts after the huge slap it was stealing all those mesos with the excuse they were not legit and had to keep the economy safe, just to release in the same patch those mesos bags that gave up to 750 mill.
But all of that is meh. I consider that, even when it's not nexon's fault that there are people hacking, its their responsability to take care of it and to test their crap 1000 times until they are sure there are no glitches on the content they are gonna release. Every one makes mistakes, even nexon(s), but it's the size of their mistakes what matters and people will remember
