Nope. I read somewhere else that this is only if you made an account before this event started, and if you logged in during a certain period. So it's impossible to keep making accounts and farm gach.

Plus, don't you have to be lv30+ or something to use gach? That would be tedious to keep making accounts and leveling them to 30.
