And I hope to god it is. What's the point in everyone experiencing it at the same time if it ends up so broken that it's unplayable?

I've never really had any problems with patches in the 4 years I've played, ever. Also they wouldn't let it become "so broken that it's unplayable", that's what extending the patch is for.

it's a specific document that says "you have to agree to not say anything about this to anyone if you want to play. if you agree and break this contract we can and will prosecute you to fullest of our power"

but it has to be included and agreed to independently, it can't be implied or it won't stand legally.

That's what I want thinking, but it's understandable that you wouldn't want to wade around in that hot water just to publish some stuff. Especially when the official release is just a week away.
