P/C> 21 acc 4 str warrior pants

The title pretty much says it all, they're the level 50 blue male pants. 1 str and 1 acc is from the equip itself while 3 str and 20 acc and 40 def is from potential (so it has 3 potential slots). Clean of course.

So, can I please get a p/c on this?
