Krakia?

I remember when this topic was chatting about what the calendar could be. I sure do miss those days.

Anyways, my theory:

It's Dr. Krakia's base, filled with future mumbo jumbo and aliens, which he allied through the power of technology and world domination promises. The base is inside of a dome that cloaks it on the outside, this map belongs to the inside of that dome.
