Describe the problem. Be as specific as possible!:
So I am moving around Mu Lung on my Dual Blader getting the PPQ pre-quests ready so I don't have to go back and get them again and while on my way to Tae Sang to get the final quest I noticed that a lot of the NPC's have been moved around and no longer work.
While I don't have any images since it's kind of a hard thing to prove with screenshots all you have to do is go there yourself and see, so far the ones that I've found that are broken are the panda lady that changes your skin, the storage guy, and the pet food seller. There might be more though.
