Dual Blade HP washing after level 70

also, is this the way to figure out how much AP you're 'supposed' to have :

# of times you leveled up x 5 + 25(lvl 1 AP) + 5 (5 Free ap from 3rd job + advance)

You start at level 1, not level 0. So 1-70 you should have level*5 + 20 AP, 70-120 should have level*5 + 25 AP, and 120+ should have level*5 + 30.
