Hello, Southperry! I would like to introduce my latest project, which is still in it's infancy. As many of you know, the BigBang update will change the face of the Maple World: massive buffs to skills, Victoria is shuffled around, and the biggest change of them all ... Archers will actually miss on stuff! Mainly because of the afformentioned buff, I have started to create, -insert burst of confetti- The Archer's Book!
Since the game mechanics have changed so much, I felt that it would be prudent to make (I hate to say this) a replacement for Sybaris's own calculator, which has been a staple for the Archer community at large. My only hope is that you will at least give me a chance and see how well I can do. This calculator will have what all archers would need on the field: Max and Min damages (critical and normal), Average damages per shot, chances to KB, skills, a monster table, and more! With a few clicks of the mouse, and some mild intuition, you will be able to tell all those things needed when you go train (except if you will die suddenly)!
Enough of the selling pitch, here is some real information. The data shown is in it's pure infancy, where most of the formulae were gathered directly from the southperry threads. Therefore, some of this data can and will be faulty, but I will fix it to the best of my abilities when a solution is found. That being said, I usually double or triple check all the formulae before inputing them; they are the most efficient a crazy mind like mine can think of

The front part of the calculator is reminisent of Sybaris's own design, but with its own HUD and new way to introduce skills, it could be seen as sleeker.

Also, the monster table that is used is courtesy of our very own Fiel. Give him a round of applause!

Oh golly, Ms. Molly! This is a big one! I have now introduced the Potential System. The current windows in this system are % atk, % total, + critical chance, and + critical damage. I will add +Skill points eventually. I will then need to update the monster table to be able to distinguish if the monster is a boss, to be able to add a +% boss damage.
The data now is cleared up to look clean when there are no skill points added.
