You follow the video tutorial, and after you've installed aol 9.5 and got your connection up, you open your browser (important thing: for some reason this didn't work on IE for me, I used chrome incognito and worked perfectly), go to nexon.net, log in and you can go "earn free NX" and you got it, all the offers an american would get.
Why does it work? when you're logged into AOL it gives you an american IP

Edit: Hmm. I haven't been able to complete any of the auto-insurance ones, or any of the ones that have popped up from using AOL, actually. :/ Using Google Chrome, incognito, it that matters.
