I could be wrong and am just going by crappy memory here but JMS got Masteria-related content after GMS did, didn't they? So how can they have originally made some of the content? The only thing Masteria-related JMS has that we don't is a Pirate boss in CWKPQ (not quite sure of its origin, I've only seen it). Again, I could be wrong as I have not read up on it but either way, that has no connection with KMS. :|
Either way, it's an interesting concept but it just doesn't work for the simple fact that Masteria is GMS-exclusive (to an extent). KMS has nothing to do with it, and they're the ones who originally came up with the Black Mage (not Dark Mage >_>) plot.
