I didn't really. The name thing was purely for my own amusement and story purposes. It's much easier/more fun to write a story a) where the characters are named things like Chris and not xBTAx, and b) where I can use names without fear of people thinking I'm implying that [insert person here] is or is not mafia or any other special role.
To address the gruesome deaths thing: Was your head being staked to the door with the clue nailed to it not gruesome enough for you? <_< But yeah, partly at Mira's request I toned down the next one and made it more action-y and badass (the little shootout). *Shrugs* You can't please everyone.
Lastly, you're the first dissenting voice I've heard with regards to the PM issue. I'd like to hear what other people have to say on the subject too, so if anyone feels like posting to let me know, now's the time.
