is magic attack gonna be balanced?
eg : Scroll for Earring for INT 30%
30% success rate, M.ATK +5, INT +3, M.DEF +1. If it fails, the item will be destroyed at a 50% rate.
will the matk become +5 int so total +8 int?
cuz if it doesnt it will be quite OP for mages/evan
or does it remain like that since our base damage multiplier is 1..?
