(This topic seemed like a general talk and ehh maybe tech help so sorry if it's in the wrong section :S)
So, my friend got hacked a week ago, he was able to get his account back but his gmail account was also compromised and he wasn't able to recover that -.-
He made a ticket a few days ago and strangely enough it was responded about 17 hours after he made it, which is rare in Nexon's case but it only contained the form you use to change the email
If anyone has gone through this before, how long did it take before Nexon accepted / denied the change? Oh and they asked for a phone # so will they call him or email him :f6: Since I have never gone through this and I can't help him i'm asking my fellow SPians, all I need is an estimate like, should he expect to wait a few days, maybe even a few months?
