Another interesting concept is that, due to truncating, more ACC doesn't always benefit you.
For example, if you have 9 ACC, you will block against up to 3% of MISS determined by mob avoid. If you have 10 ACC, you will still only block 3%. You won't actually block 4% until you reach 16 ACC.
This will eventually mean more at higher levels. Going from 226 ACC up to 255 ACC doesn't help you a damn bit.
