In total honesty, I really do think it's NOT Masteria-related content.
When the NLC/CWK/Haunted House areas were released, there were no test patches because "players will be able to enjoy it at the same time".
If NEXON is still true to their word about that, then I do not think they'll open Tespia for it. Plus, they will give MAJOR spoilers to the Masteria plot.
If they do anything to Masteria, it may only be an experience change and some glitch-attempt fixes (coughBigFoot&WolfSpidercough)
The things that are possible in my opinion would be:
1. Big Bang's affects on things KMS does not have
2. World Tour/Ulu City
3. Neo TOKYO (lolwut?)
4. Evan/Dual Blade (Hob PQ) Skillbook drops
5. Brand New, Exclusive PQs (NON-NX!)
I will be utterly SHOCKED if there will be new areas for Masteria in there.
(Releasing things on the Dragon Ninja Clan though will be interesting to see as we just got Dual Blade. Wonder if NexonAM will pull a JMS on us.)
