Private Servers Made Nexon get off their ass?

I honestly find it hard to believe that Nexon lost any significant amount of revenue due to pServers. I agree people did leave, but I doubt that it even shows up on radar when compared to the people lost to the game by Hacking Bans, or their recent Autobans (Hak, the PE thing <_<) Time and money spent to prevent/reduce hacking could have been spent on development. I'm sure they would get more people/make more people happy with Nexon if they 1) didn't sue Odin 2) put some funds into customer service and 3) put the money they're wasting in the pServer Hunt-down into development.
