As it's the title of a job, Beginner should always have a capital 'B'.

One thing I must say though; why put in the effort of getting all the way to 70 to then just throw it all away by leeching?
Why not just leech in the first place?

Beats me; I don't have a level 70 "Beginner" yet. It's probably because before level 70 the cost of leeching outweighs the exp you get from it. At level 30, you get 40% an hour from leeching TOPS. If you can get into a good CPQ party, you'll be getting nearly 50% an hour. And unless you have another character or a friend willing to help you, you're going to have to pay to leech too.
