My friend Mark was going to World Transfer to Broa more than a month ago, but it never happened. He canceled his transfer, accepted the loss of 25 dollars, and stayed in our Windia guild. 
What humors me about this is if he still wanted to move to Broa and would yet again see a "No Not Till Next Week" message. And then usually they don't do transfers the next week, which happened previously.
He has real-life friends in Broa but... that doesn't offset the constant negativity that I won't discuss since I know there's some rule about bashing worlds. Not specifically Maple worlds but... still bashing.
